Soybean procurement: general terms

Soybeans are one of the key crops in the production process of our fat factory, we produce oil and soybean meal from them. Terms of cooperation are formed individually taking into account the volumes, product quality and seasonality of supplies.

• We work with both local producers and large suppliers, providing a clear and predictable procurement model.
• All calculations are carried out transparently with the provision of a full package of laboratory and commercial documentation.
• Payment is made exclusively by bank transfer to the company's official accounts.

Soybean quality requirements

We accept soybeans that meet the established technological requirements for production. Only officially registered enterprises that operate officially and have the necessary registration and sanitary documents are involved in cooperation.

Quality control is carried out directly during the acceptance of each batch. Sampling is carried out automatically, analysis is performed in a certified internal laboratory. It is the results of laboratory analysis that are the basis for the final calculation of the price of soybeans.

The main characteristics of soybeans:

• moisture;
• content of waste and grain impurities;
• oil content of dry matter;
• protein content in dry matter;
• phytosanitary condition.

In case of deviations, agreed cost adjustments are applied, that is, for a product such as soybeans, the price may change today, but is calculated according to an objective formula. All data on soybean prices are provided to the supplier in an open form.

Delivery format and volumes

We work with different volumes, adapting to the manufacturer's capabilities, and we can buy soybeans on different terms:

• When delivering soybeans to the factory in DDU format, the minimum batch is 3 tons. This format is suitable for local producers and medium-sized farms.
• For export from a farm or elevator, the FCA format is used with a minimum batch of 24 tons.
• Technical reception capabilities:
• 5 unloading points with hydraulic systems;
• Completion of unloading - up to 24 hours from the moment of arrival;
• Certified truck scales for 60 tons and 80 tons;
• Plant throughput - up to 3,800 tons/day.

Deliveries are planned by prior agreement of the date and time. We work both in the post-harvest period and throughout the year, because the products of LLC "NIZHYNSKY ZHIRKOMBINAT" are produced year-round. One-time and regular deliveries are possible. Logistics is organized without downtime and queues. Volumes are scaled without changing the conditions of acceptance.

Procedure for cooperation with suppliers

The first stage is the supplier's request with information about the volume, quality and delivery period. Then a preliminary commercial offer is formed, and the cost of soybeans per ton is calculated.

After agreeing on the terms, the parties proceed to conclude a contract. The contract fixes the price, payment terms, delivery format and quality parameters.

The batch is delivered to the plant, weighed and undergoes laboratory analysis. The analysis results are immediately transferred to the supplier, and the final price of soybeans for today is calculated based on actual indicators.

Payment is made by bank transfer within the agreed terms. All tax and supporting documentation is prepared by our company. For regular partners, it is possible to plan cooperation for several periods in advance, which ensures stability and predictability of supplies.

Our plant accepts products around the clock, and the sale of finished products is carried out on working days from 8:00 to 17:00.
