About the Company

PrJSC “Nizhynsky Zhyrcombinat” (NGK) is one of the oldest and at the same time one of the most modern oilseed processing plants in Ukraine. The company has been operating since 1896 and specializes in a full-cycle processing of oilseed crops. We process sunflower, soybean and rapeseed seeds and supply high-quality products to partners in Ukraine and worldwide.

In 2020–2024, the plant underwent a large-scale reconstruction. Core process units were upgraded and new production facilities were commissioned.
The annual sunflower seed processing capacity reaches up to 400,000 tons, with up to 170,000 tons of oil and 145,000 tons of meal produced per year. Modernization increased the daily sunflower seed processing capacity to 1,200 tons, and the next stage to be completed in 2025 will raise this figure to 1,400 tons per day.

Today, the plant is a high-tech enterprise equipped with a modern single technological line “pre-pressing – extraction”, which ensures stable product quality, energy efficiency and environmental safety.
