Instructions for Drivers of Vehicles Arriving on the Territory

1. Before entering, the driver is obliged to familiarize himself with the routes of movement through the territory of the enterprise at the checkpoint

2. The car entering the territory of the enterprise must be technically sound, without traces of oil leakage. In case of leakage of fuel and other liquids, the security guard draws up an act of violation. It is prohibited to repair, maintain, wash the car on the territory of the enterprise. In the event of a breakdown, it is necessary to contact the security guard and act in accordance with his instructions.

3. Drivers under the influence of alcohol, drugs or psychotropic substances are not allowed on the territory of the enterprise, on the basis of which the security guards draw up a violation report.

4. The speed of movement on the territory should not exceed 5 km/h, at intersections, when passing, overtaking, bypassing obstacles (including pedestrians) no more than 3 km/h

5. When placing the car under load, it is imperative to set stops on both sides to prevent the car from moving unintentionally.

6. When starting to move the car in reverse, it is imperative to give a sound signal.

7. It is prohibited to use a mobile phone while driving, loading, unloading the vehicle.

8. Smoking on the territory of the enterprise, including in the car cabin, is PROHIBITED.

9. At the intersections of pedestrian and automobile routes, priority is given to pedestrians. 10. The body and trailer of a vehicle entering the territory of the enterprise must be cleaned of waste and foreign materials. It is forbidden to clean the vehicle and throw garbage and waste on the territory of the enterprise.

11. The body and trailer of the vehicle after loading garbage, meal and sunflower husks must not be covered with an awning, they must be swept, they must be driven to the dump, and they must leave the territory of the enterprise.

12. The body and trailer of the vehicle after unloading raw materials must be swept by the driver of the vehicle. When weighing the vehicle, the engine must be turned off, and at night the light in the cabin must be turned on.

13. The driver checks the correctness of placing the car on the scales (the car must be on the scales with all the wheels of the tractor and trailer, in the center of the scales, without touching the guides of the weighing platform, the car must not cross the "stop line" of the scales).

14. On the territory of the enterprise, it is prohibited to drain water and other liquids from the car, as well as to throw any ballast (tires, stones, etc.) from the car

15. After unloading the raw materials, the driver must open the rear door to inspect the trailer for the presence of raw material residues. Drivers who violate the above rules are not allowed or immediately leave the territory of the enterprise with subsequent inclusion in the "black list". In case of detection of illegal actions of the driver aimed at theft or damage to property, being in a state of alcoholic intoxication, etc., the driver is detained by security guards and handed over to law enforcement officers.

IT IS PROHIBITED:

1. To be in the cabin and body of the ATV during loading and unloading of cargo by lifting mechanisms, under the lifted cargo and moving people together with the cargo; between the wall of the body or any object or building and a forklift or other vehicle that is maneuvering; other employees - in the body of the ATV during transportation of cargo to the storage location.

2. To lift onto a trailer or into a body, stand on the wheels, cling to the side of the trailer (body), and also move along the side of the body, sit, stand on its sides. It is necessary to climb (descend) into the body using a serviceable, tested extension ladder or stationary trestle with fences (railings not lower than 1.1 m high with a side element of the fence)

3. Carry out work on top of the body, on the roof of the trailer, etc. without the presence of fences with railings not lower than 1.1 m high.

4. When manually tightening the awning covering the body, pull sharply on the ropes, belts, which may cause damage to them or loss of balance by the worker and a fall with injury;

5. While parked, rest or sleep in the cab or interior with the engine running.

6. When unloading seeds on a side-loading vehicle, the driver must place the vehicle (truck) on the side-loading vehicle, brake it, engage a lower gear, exit the cab and remain in a safe area within the visibility of the unloading vehicle operator.

7. The product that has become stuck in the body during unloading must be removed using a shovel with an extended handle, standing to the side of the probable path of its movement. Drivers who violate the above rules are not allowed or immediately leave the territory of the enterprise with subsequent inclusion in the "black list". In case of detection of illegal actions of the driver aimed at theft or damage to property, being in a state of alcoholic intoxication, etc., the driver is detained by security guards and handed over to law enforcement officers.
